Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free within the United Kingdom.

Can I have my order delivered to a pickup station?
Currently, we only offer delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. Unfortunately, delivery to pickup stations or parcel lockers is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 18:00 (GMT) are processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
On average, processing time (payment confirmation, quality checks, and packaging) takes 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak periods such as holidays or special promotions, there may be delays.

Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 12 business days.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Which shipping partners do you work with?
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery across the UK. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and shipment.

What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
Please first check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If there are no updates, contact us at info@azaro-london.com If your package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

What if my delivery is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@azaro-london.com Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Please email info@azaro-london.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items at info@azaro-london.com

How does Azaro London handle my data?

How do I know if my payment was successful?
