We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@azaro-london.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, faulty, or wrong item: we cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of mind / not satisfied / size issues: the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos so we can help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt & inspection.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
