At Azaro London, we ship orders within the United Kingdom.

1) Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all UK orders.

2) Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT) are processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT), on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3) Processing Time (Mon–Fri)

2–3 business days (payment confirmation, quality check, and packing).

4) Transit Time (Mon–Fri)

4–9 business days after dispatch.

5) Estimated Total Delivery Time

6–12 business days (processing + transit).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

6) Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

7) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

8) Lost or Damaged Parcels
